“By definition “design” IS NOT subjective. The visual aesthetic can be “liked” or “disliked” since lets face it, not every one has the same taste in color, imagery and so on. However, true design be it interactive, architecture, furniture, product etc is based on the simple premise of solving a problem. I’m not saying that the solution shouldn’t be beautiful, but judging a design solution simply on its aesthetic merits is circumventing the entire purpose of design. At its heart a design solution either solves a problem or it doesn’t, meaning there is absolutely nothing subjective or perceived.”

Beware of bugs in the above code; I have only proved it correct, not tried it.

http://css-tricks.com/
beautiful, it would not
be worth knowing, and
if nature were not
worth knowing,
life would not
be worth
living.

For sale: baby shoes, never worn

Hvert
menneskes Død forminsker Meg, ti jeg er
innesluttet i Menneskeheten. Gå derfor aldri
ut for å spørre: Hvem ringer Klokkene for?
Klokkene ringer for deg.

Produkttekst på Masi Tubungato, Basfo Doble, 2006 (vinflaske):

The double fermentation of Malbec grapes with a
percentage of slightly dried Corvina graphes lends
the wine a wealth in aroma and structure, elegant
tannis and softness that combine to produce a
superior wine with ageing potential.

Lao Tzu:

He who knows others is wise. He who knows himselft is enlightened.

Ukjent:

Pressure makes diamonds

Oscar Wilde:

I always pass on good advice. It is the only thing to do with it. It is never of any use to oneself.

Georg C. Lichtenberg

Eveyone is a genius at least once a year. A real genius has his original ideas closer together.
